The Hartford Insurance Company has been involved in a alleged fraudulent act of overvaluing houses, promising to cover total losses up to $175,000. on a $40,000. home, then after five years, in 2012 lowering the value of your home because (this is good), building materials have gone down, workers wages have gone down and all else has gone down.

Does this fly with you, it doesn't at Scum Report. A gentleman in the Johnson City, NY area had The Hartford complete loss policy which guaranteed a rebuild cost of $175,000. The gentleman was offered $48,000. This is complete alleged fraud, alleged ongoing criminal acts, and alleged RICO act violations by conspiring to fraud with other alleged companies involved.
